New Student Registration Process 

Step 1: 

In order to register your new student at Neville Junior High, you will need the following:

  • Please complete and sign all paperwork in the Registration Packet. This may also be picked up from the Guidance Office.  

  • Two Proofs of Residency:  

    • Bill (utility, gas, or electric) 

    • Lease Agreement OR Mortgage Statement  

  • Parent/Guardian Photo ID  

  • Proof of Custody/Guardianship (if applicable)  

  • Copy of your child’s Birth Certificate  

  • Copy of your child’s Social Security Card 

  • Copy of your child’s Immunization Record –(obtain from your child’s physician or Health Department)  

  • Copy of Withdrawal Form from Previous School  

    • Transcript  

    • Special Education Records (if applicable)

Enrollment documentation and registration paperwork may be:

Step 3: 

After approval, a school counselor will contact you to complete the last step in enrollment.  Counselors will use the contact information supplied in your registration packet to contact  you.
